About NC Kayaks

NC Kayaks is a DBA of Novus Composites Inc., founded in 1999 in Tacoma, Washington. The two founders have a combined experience of over 39 years in the aerospace industry and have considerable personal experience on the water. We wanted to bring our experience with state of the art products and processes to the manufacturing of kayaks.
